HOUSE OF DENIM

 We're proud to announce that HTNK is going to be a partner of James Veenhoff's brainchild; the House of Denim. House of Denim is an institute for craftsmanship, innovation and sustainability for the Denim Industry.

"Our aim is to help create a 'Brighter Blue' industry: less water, less toxins, smarter production & less waste.We strive to inspire & enable a new generation of denim developers to clean up our beloved jean."

It consists of 4 components: a school, a lab & knowledge center, an archive/shop and network.

The platform works for, with and in support of denim brands, individuals, government and the scientific/academic world.

The fist component: Jean School is set to open in September of 2012.
Mariette is part of the board of the House of Denim and co-develops the curriculum of the Jean School. Also HTNK will become the intern agency for the Jean School.
